(Pond In Front of Cottage)

The large stainless-steel lotus sits next to the pond in font of the Cottage, it has a reflected mirror image in the water and the burnished surface of the petals shine in the sunlight creating water like patterns. I made this sculpture from one flat sheet of stainless-steel , cutting and rolling each petal to create movement from this resistant material.
